Both addresses benefit from favorable CFE rates. Postal domiciliation for individuals is only available in Normandy.

What is the CFE and how can I save money?

The CFE (Cotisation Foncière des Entreprises) is a local tax calculated based on the registered office address. By domiciling your company with Koulier in Paris 8th, you benefit from a favorable rate. The minimum contribution starts at around €67/year for the lowest bracket (companies whose revenue does not exceed the minimum base threshold). The actual amount of your CFE depends on your revenue and activity. Compare with your current situation to estimate your savings.

How does mail management work?

We receive and scan your mail on the same day it arrives. You choose which envelopes to open and view the scanned content from your Koulier app. You can archive, forward or share your mail in 1 click with your accountant. Physical mail is kept for 3 months. Note: only mail is accepted, not parcels.

Do you offer international forwarding?

Yes. Depending on your plan, you get included forwardings (Liberté: 12 times/year, Voyageur: 6 times/year) or on-demand for €15 per shipment. Forwarding is available in France and worldwide.

Absolutely. All your scanned documents are stored securely and accessible only from your client dashboard. We comply with GDPR standards and guarantee the confidentiality of your mail.

Can I use the address for company registration?

Yes, the Koulier domiciliation address is your official registered office. You can use it for RCS registration, on your invoices, quotes, website and all your commercial and administrative documents.

What does my subscription include?

Every subscription includes the domiciliation address, daily mail reception and scanning, registered letter management and access to your online dashboard. Higher plans add partner sharing and included forwarding.

What documents do I need to sign up?

For an existing company: Kbis less than 3 months old, signed articles of association, director's ID and director's proof of address. For a new company: draft articles, ID and proof of address. For a sole proprietor: INSEE status notice (or activity declaration receipt), ID and proof of address. For individuals (postal domiciliation): ID and proof of address.

What is the activation time?

After payment, you access your client dashboard to complete your file. Your documents are verified within 24 business hours, after which your domiciliation is fully operational and your domiciliation certificate is available for download.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Koulier operates with no commitment. You can cancel in 1 click from your client dashboard, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. Mail received after cancellation will be forwarded for 1 month. For businesses, remember to transfer your registered office before the end of the domiciliation.

Can I change my plan or address?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can change your plan (upgrade or downgrade) or address (Paris to Normandy or vice versa) at any time from your client dashboard. The change takes effect immediately. For an address change, a registered office transfer will be necessary (we guide you through the process).

Can I subscribe before creating my company?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's even recommended. By subscribing before registration, you obtain the domiciliation certificate required for your company creation with the court registry. It is one of the mandatory documents for RCS registration.

How do I transfer my registered office to Koulier?

Accepted Answer

We guide you through the transfer: after subscribing, we provide you with a template for the registered office transfer resolution. You just need to file it with the court registry to update your Kbis. The full process typically takes 1 to 2 weeks.

Are parcels accepted?

Accepted Answer

No, we only receive postal mail (letters, registered letters, envelopes). Parcels and deliveries are not accepted at our domiciliation addresses. If a parcel is sent by mistake, we will notify you by email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards through our secure payment provider Stripe. Billing is monthly or annual depending on the chosen plan. You receive an invoice with each billing.

Is domiciliation accepted by banks?

Our prefecture approvals (DOM2025072 for Paris and n°76-24-04 for Seine-Maritime) attest to the legal compliance of our domiciliation addresses. This compliance meets regulatory registration requirements. Bank account opening remains subject to each bank's own criteria. In case of difficulty, the right-to-account procedure (art. L.312-1 CMF) allows you to obtain banking services through the Banque de France.
